Lynn Talouzian is an Analyst with the Financial Services Topic of the Business Ready Unit which she joined in April 2021. She previously worked on the Legal Rights indicator of the Doing Business project. Ms. Talouzian is also a legal counsel at the Legal Department of the Central Bank of Lebanon. Ms. Talouzian is a certified lawyer registered in New York. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with a Business Law Certificate from Duke University (Durham, NC), and a Law Degree (LL.B.) specialized in Private Law from Saint Joseph University (Beirut, Lebanon). She speaks English, French and Arabic.
