ľ¹ÏÓ°Ôº Group¡¯s Country Partnership Framework (CPF) for the Kyrgyz Republic 2024-2028 sets out the institution¡¯s strategy for supporting the country¡¯s efforts to build a more resilient and sustainable future for all.
This CPF responds to the Kyrgyz Republic¡¯s , elaborated through the , and is based on the World Bank¡¯s extensive analytical work including the recent , continuous discussions with the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, and through consultations with various stakeholders countrywide.
Over the coming five-year period, the World Bank Group will focus its program of support on three high-level outcomes:
The CPF ensures continuity with the previous program but introduces important shifts in focus and approach. There is greater selectivity in the program that focuses World Bank Group financing on energy, water, and agriculture¡ªwith an emphasis on attracting private investment and enhancing climate resilience. Overall, the World Bank Group will take a pragmatic and flexible approach to the delivery of the CPF program, enhancing its ambition, and particularly support to drive key reforms.
