The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) hereinafter referred to as ¡°WBG¡± invites interested parties to respond to Request for Proposal for Talent Acquisition Suite project.

 

The purpose of this RFP is to select one (1) Talent Acquisition (TA) Suite as a single integrated tool inclusive of - Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Recruitment Marketing, Candidate Relationship Management (CRM), Onboarding, and Video Interviewing capabilities, to streamline and automate recruitment processes. The new TA Suite should offer a comprehensive solution that includes: Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities to foster and maintain engagement with potential candidates; Recruitment Marketing Tools to effectively attract top talent and convert potential candidates into engaged applicants;  A robust Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process from application to hire, and an intuitive Onboarding Platform to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.

 

To be eligible to bid, Offeror must meet the following requirements: 

 

1. Offeror must be in business for at least three (3) years providing Talent Acquisition solutions as specified in Statement of Work, to large organizations (20,000+ employees) with global footprint and multiple subsidiaries similar to WBG;

2.  Offeror must have an average revenue of at least USD 45 million per year over the last two (2) years;

3.  Offeror¡¯s proposed solution shall allow for a minimum of 500,000 applications per year and up to 50,000 unique applications per vacancy;

4.  Offeror shall provide an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) capabilities with AI capabilities;

5.  Other requirements as specified in the RFP documentation.

 

Offeror must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before receiving the RFP document from the World Bank.

ľ¹ÏÓ°Ôº Group (WBG) will disclose or exchange certain proprietary and confidential information, and they desire that the recipient keep such information confidential, and use it only in connection with the following purposes: To participate in an RFP process whereby, Offeror will be given access to the relevant WBG internal ¡°Official Use Only¡± or ¡°Confidential¡± documents, a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be required prior to releasing the solicitation.  Parties will receive the NDA via email and will be required to return the signed NDA prior to receiving the solicitation documentation.

 

Note:

3. All requests received between December 13 to 15, 2024, will be responded to in week of December 16, 2024, and those received between December 25, 2024 to January 1, 2025 will be responded from January 2, 2025 onwards, in order it has been received. Any request to change response due date shall not be accepted.

Offeror's proposal and contractual documents will remain confidential and therefore not subject to disclosure.
