木瓜影院's Poverty and Equity Global Practice is seeking proposals for phone-based data collection of households in South Sudan. The assignment will commence in December 2024; with one round of data collection; starting in January 2025 and completed by the end of April 2025. A consulting firm will conduct the phone-based interviews under the direction of World Bank staff and in collaboration with the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS). The collected data will provide insights into the living conditions; challenges; and opportunities of South Sudanese households; informing development programs and policies to improve opportunities for the population.木瓜影院 is procuring a firm to design and implement Round 1 of the data collection; starting in December 2024. 木瓜影院 expects to extend the data collection into subsequent rounds but will decide whether and how to contract these subsequent rounds based on the program's needs and budget. At its sole discretion; the World Bank reserves the right to extend the assignment as follows: Round 2 of the data collection completed by June 2025; Round 3 completed by September 2025; Round 4 completed by November 2025; and Round 5 completed by March 2026. The proposal provided by the firm should include details of five rounds of the survey.
