The Department of Social Development of the World Bank seeks to employ the services of a firm to implement a mixed method survey of LGBTIQ+ people in Brazil. The research aims to collect and analyze data on the labor market outcomes of LGBTIQ+ people and their experience of violence; which can be used to estimate the economic cost of exclusion through a methodology developed by the World Bank team. The research will build on previous work implemented by the World Bank in North Macedonia and Serbia[1] <https://worldbankgroup.sharepoint.com/teams/sogicoreteam-wbgroup/Shared%20Documents/Research/Economic%20cost%20of%20exclusion/Brazil/Expression%20of%20Interest_Cost%20of%20Exclusion_Brazil_CLEAN%20FOR%20REVIEW.docx#_ftn1> ; including all related materials; i.e.; questionnaire and economic model.
