The objective of this assignment is to support Commune de Casablanca (the “Municipality”) in the required steps to prepare a credit rating request from an international credit rating agency and to assist the Municipality in its engagement with the appointed rating agency; up to the credit rating completion.The activities contemplated under this assignment will include: (i) assisting the Municipality in selecting and engaging with a rating agency; (ii) assisting the Municipality in gathering and submitting the information requested by the rating agency; and (iii) supporting the Municipality in its interaction with the rating agency up to the credit rating completion.
