1. Conduct an independent inquiry of the three cohorts of Early Years Fellows with the aim of capturing learnings and making recommendations on how the program is achieving its objectives and opportunities for improvement. Specific areas of inquiry include: the program¡¯s contributions to Fellows¡¯ technical and professional capacities; to promoting knowledge exchange across countries; deepening country technical capacity in early childhood and enabling task teams to work in new areas; and its impact on Fellows¡¯ career pathways in early childhood. Activities include; but are not limited to:* Desk review of Fellowship program activities and reports by cohort. * Consultation with the Program Coordination team. * Survey of 59 Fellows on the areas of inquiry. * Interviews with selected Fellowship supervisors and mentors. * Draft report submitted for review and feedback. * Final report submitted * Draft presentation summarizing findings and recommendations submitted for review and feedback. * Final presentation submitted. 2. Make recommendations around how to tell the story of the Fellowship and raise its profile. Gather content that can support this storytelling (e.g.; testimonials for use in blogs; briefs; and videos). * Short brief on recommendations to tell the story and raise the profile of the Fellowship. * 3-5 testimonials from Fellows; supervisors; and/or mentors collected.
