  • SOLICITATION NUMBER: 0002014340
  • INSTITUTION:  IBRD/IDA
  • ASSIGNMENT LOCATION: N/A
  • ISSUE DATE AND TIME: Feb 24,2025 05:18
  • CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Mar 06,2025 23:59

The GFF seeks to procure updated RMNCAH-N coverage estimates through 2024; analysis of intervention coverage and mortality statistics; and health systems measures for up to 26 African countries GFF partners with.  The RMNCAH-N coverage estimates; mortality statistics and health system measures will be critical for assessing progress at national level and in specific subnational areas that have been prioritized through country-led Investment Case processes.   The analysis will also help countries identify areas of inequity in health service delivery; including gender inequality; and provide insights to the GFF¡¯s strategy.  The work should be delivered through a collaborative approach that focuses on strengthening country capacity to generate their own regular national and subnational estimates of RMNCAH-N intervention coverage; analyze these statistics; assess health system measures; and include gender and equity in their routine analysis and program planning.  The services procured should include: a) support for up to 26 countries in Africa that the GFF partners with to strengthen their own analysis of RMNCAH-N intervention coverage; equity; mortality; and health system performance with a convening at a multi-country workshop; b) support for triangulating different data sources to develop robust estimates of RMNCAH-N intervention coverage; c) results from a five-year time-series analysis through 2024; and d) analyses of equity.  The multi-country workshop should be conducted in an African country and completed by June 2025.
