The objective of this assignment is to develop an ASEAN Air Quality Management Framework that provides a strategic and operational guide for improving air quality across the ASEAN region. The framework should be based on best practices; scientific evidence; and stakeholder inputs; and will be developed based on a series of consultations with relevant stakeholders and ASEAN Member States.
