On April 19, 2020 the Russian Deputy Minister of Finance Timur Maksimov met with the World Bank Vice President for Europe and Central Asia Anna Bjerde via videoconference.
The meeting was also attended by the WB Country Director for Russia Renaud Seligmann, Human Development Director for ECA Region Fadia Saadah, and WB Country Program Coordinator in Russia Dorota Agata Nowak.
The parties had a fruitful exchange of views and discussed further bilateral cooperation between the World Bank and the Russian Federation across promising areas of common interest.
