The session introduced multiple opportunities that the companies can participate to collaborate with African universities to conduct market and product research, research and development, commercialization of research, and prototype development. Companies can also tap into African talent through accepting interns, conducting joint research and providing training. Partnering with African universities is a great way to learn about the needs, opportunities, and feasibility of African market. Case example from Kenya will be also shared.
