Lao PDR¡¯s Poverty Reduction Fund (PRF) is currently working in 10 provinces and has assisted in the implementation of over 4,500 projects that local villagers chose themselves. One example is the village of Ban Hua Phu in Huaphan province. They chose to build a bridge over the local river and it¡¯s making a big difference in their daily lives.
