Telemedicine for better healthcare service in Panama

Thanks to the Telemedicine project, patients in 12 of the 16 Panama¡¯s health regions reduce travel time, waiting hours and having to take time off from work to attend medical appointments. The program complements face-to-face assistance to monitor the condition of patients with chronic diseases. After two years, it has served more than 60,000 people with chronic diseases in Panama.

Inclusive mobility in Quito

The Quito Metro stands out for improving the way the city moves and also for its inclusive vision: 40% of its workers are women, from executives to drivers. We work with Ecuador to challenge stereotypes and promote gender equality in the transportation sector.
