Veronique Jacobs, a Belgian national, has long-standing experience in the World Bank Group (WBG) Brussels Office, where she currently serves as Special Representative to the European Union, Belgium, Luxembourg, NATO.
Throughout her career, she contributed to the World Bank Group's strategic relationship with the EU and other Belgium/Luxembourg-based interlocutors. She has been actively working on shaping and advancing the rich partnership between the World Bank Group and key European stakeholders, focusing on the strategic WBG corporate priorities, including several IDA replenishments.
