Pursuant to Sanctions Board Decision No. 84 the Sanctions Board denies the request, as filed by Respondents E.C. De Luna Construction Corp. and Mr. Eduardo C. De Luna (respectively, the ¡°Respondent Firm¡± and ¡°Respondent Owner¡± and collectively, the ¡°Respondents¡±) for reconsideration of the sanctions imposed by Sanctions Board Decision No. 4 (2009).
