?ľ¹ÏÓ°Ôº Group welcomes Mr. J. James Spinner as the new Chair of the Sanctions Board. Mr. Spinner, a U.S. national, has served as a member of the Sanctions Board since 2013. An expert in international law and development, Mr. Spinner had a lengthy career at the Inter-American Development Bank and served as its General Counsel from 2000 until his retirement in 2011.
