The high-level ministerial panel will discuss Egypt¡¯s infrastructure development with a focus on energy transition and transport decarbonization, challenges and opportunities for Egypt to address its infrastructure connectivity while driving its decarbonization plan as part of the country¡¯s broader climate and development agenda.
Egypt has long recognized the need to move toward a greener, more resilient, and inclusive development (GRID) path and the need to shift from a carbon intensive development trajectory to a low-carbon one as a way to ensure sustainable, inclusive development and competitiveness of the Egyptian economy.
The high-level ministerial panel will discuss Egypt¡¯s infrastructure development with a focus on energy transition and transport decarbonization, challenges and opportunities for Egypt to address its infrastructure connectivity while driving its decarbonization plan as part of the country¡¯s broader climate and development agenda.
The event will focus on Egypt¡¯s energy transition model and the pathway for transport decarbonization.
