Addressing agro-pastoralism challenges to help unlock opportunities in the livestock sector, create jobs, increase household incomes, and better manage vulnerabilities
Increasing food security and addressing the effects of climate change by providing regional solutions for locusts control in East Africa, supporting research to improve agricultural productivity, and supporting resilient agriculture and food systems in West, East, Central, and Southern Africa, and in the Great Lakes region
Strengthening the resilience of displaced and conflict-affected populations by supporting the needs of people facing shocks, addressing the drivers of conflict, and mainstreaming fragility issues across private sector interventions
Supporting better management of transboundary waters and natural resources, including irrigation in the Sahel, coastal management issues, and transboundary river basins
Strengthening mechanisms for (Djibouti, Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen) and more effective fishery production in Yemen
